About Us

Welcome to The Rowantree Workshop. Owned and run by Margaret Rowan the new workshop opened in February 2011. It can be found in the heart of the beautiful village of Nassington, Northamptonshire.

We aim to provide excellent workshops and classes in an inspiring, creative, friendly atmosphere. We offer a wide range of events, covering Soft Furnishings, Knitting, Crochet, Dressmaking and Craft Workshops

Workshops and classes are kept small to ensure that each student receives the personal tuition required to successfully complete the project and we are able to teach the Beginner or more advanced student. Some workshops require a higher level of ability and this will always be made clear on the workshop information.

We also host a regular Knitting group and Children’s Craft parties.

Margaret has been making, designing and teaching for over twenty years and is passionate about the art of making things.
